Services Description

Ashlyn's Apron provides virtual nutrition consulting and dietitian services, including but not limited to personalized nutrition counseling, meal planning guidance, and health education. All services are provided remotely via telehealth by Ashlyn Hall, a Registered Dietitian.

Our nutrition consulting services are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. No guarantees are made regarding outcomes. Individual results may vary. The effectiveness of nutrition interventions depends on many factors including, but not limited to, individual health status, adherence to recommendations, and other lifestyle factors. We do not guarantee any specific results from our services.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

We require at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

• Cancellations within 24 hours: A cancellation fee equal to the full session rate will be charged for appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time.
• No-shows: Clients who fail to appear for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged the full session rate.
• Late arrivals: If you join your virtual session late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time, and the full session rate will apply.

We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.

Release of Liability

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

You hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Ashlyn Hall, Ashlyn's Apron, and any affiliated practitioners, employees, agents, or associates (collectively, "Released Parties") from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained by you, or to any property belonging to you, while participating in nutrition consulting services or following any advice, recommendations, or guidance provided.

You understand and acknowledge that:

• Nutrition consulting involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical changes, allergic reactions, or adverse effects from dietary modifications.
• You are voluntarily participating in these services with full knowledge of the risks involved.
• You are responsible for disclosing all relevant health information, medical conditions, allergies, and medications to your dietitian.
• You should consult with your physician before making significant changes to your diet, especially if you have existing health conditions.
• The Released Parties are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete health information
• Inform us of any changes to your health status or medications
• Follow up with your healthcare provider as recommended
• Communicate openly about your progress and any concerns
• Respect appointment times and cancellation policies

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept various forms of payment as indicated during the booking process. For insurance-based appointments, you are responsible for understanding your coverage and any applicable co-pays or deductibles.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Ashlyn's Apron and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Confidentiality

We maintain the confidentiality of all client information in accordance with applicable laws and professional standards. Information will only be shared with third parties with your consent or as required by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ashlyn's Apron and its associates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.
